What are the two modules?
Inbox provides email thread intelligence — reconstructing multi-message threads, extracting action items, and surfacing decisions. Knowledge provides RAG-powered Q&A over your document library with inline citations.
Can I use just one module?
Yes. The Tactical plan includes a single module — either Inbox or Knowledge. You can upgrade to Enterprise to unlock both modules at any time.
What email providers are supported?
Gmail (OAuth) and Microsoft 365 / Outlook are available during the pilot phase. Additional connectors including Slack and Google Drive are on the roadmap.
How are citations generated?
Every answer includes inline citation markers that link to the specific email message or document chunk used. Citations include source ID, excerpt, and metadata so you can verify every claim.
Is my data used to train models?
No. Your documents and email threads are never used for model training. Data stays in your environment with no shared indexes and no cross-tenant access.
